Bargaining committees are elected by members and are responsible for preparing and opening negotiations with the employer to negotiate the working conditions of the membership, as described in the YUSAPUY collective agreements. YUSAPUY is looking for a comprehensive method to compare jobs, achieve pay equity and resolve the collective agreement.

YUSAPUY and the university exchanged suggestions for doing the job. At this point, YUSAPUY is awaiting a response from York to its latest proposal. Access Full Position Posting Purpose: Reporting to Associate Director International Partnerships and Programs (ADIPP) the historical provider will support York University`s overall engagement objectives. They will support the facilitation of the partnership and promote the university`s international engagement as part of the YI International Partnerships team and work with York Senior`s leaders, faculties and staff. They will help ADIPP develop partnership agreements and international programs that prepare both visiting missions and missions abroad. Education: Master`s degree in international education, international relations and preferred development or equivalent to 5 years of recent experience (defined as in the last six years) working at the University of York and performing the same or similar tasks. This training equivalence is in addition to the experience requirements described below. Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in facilitating and managing international partnerships in academia (at least two years of experience in developing and negotiating agreements, delegations, developing partnerships, etc.). experience in developing and/or making international education initiatives available and implementing implementation support processes. Experience navigating academic structures, policies and procedures for strategic purposes and implementation of international projects and initiatives. International experience abroad, staying abroad or working abroad is an asset. Knowledge of education and academic systems outside of Canada (North America/International).
